Ukraine claims to have “liberated” the occupied city of Lyman in Donetsk, a day after Putin annexed the region. The head of Ukraine’s Presidential Office published a video of Ukrainian soldiers holding a flag at the entrance of the city. The Governor of Luhansk Oblast, Serhiy Haidai, claims Ukrainian forces have “trapped” nearly 5,000 Russian troops in Lyman.
