Putin says Crimea bridge explosion was “terrorism,” planned by Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin said Sunday that an explosion on a key bridge linking Crimea to the Russian mainland was an act of “terrorism” and claimed the attack was carried out by Ukrainian special services.
