Russia Proves They Cannot Defeat the Ukrainian Military

On October 10th Russia launched over 80 long range missiles and dozens of drones against Ukrainian civilian targets. Playgrounds and busy city streets were targeted deliberately by Russia. By wasting their limited remaining stockpile of missiles on civilian targets, Russia is admitting they they did not see a better use for those missiles as their ground forces continue to lose daily to the Ukrainian military.
