Amazon C.E.O. Andy Jassy on balancing labor, unions and profitability

Andy Jassy took the helm of Amazon in the midst of a global pandemic, a time when the company seemed more vital than ever to millions of people staying home. Since then Amazon has navigated labor issues, with plans to lay off thousands of employees and unionization efforts at several warehouses around the country.
