Refreshing Taste of Mushrooms with Red Cap and White Stem
A primary forest in Lincang, Yunnan is home to a kind of wild fungus which is extremely red. Every year between June and July, the villagers would basically stay in the mountain looking for such kind of mushroom with a red cap and a white stem.
