【二米炊烟】Chinese Sauerkraut. 罈罈罐罐里的美食秘密,老壇酸菜和川味回鍋肉
People in Sichuan always have all kinds of pots and jars, and there are full of all kinds of pickles.
I planted some greens and cabbage last fall, and I made them into sauerkraut and salted cabbage.
It‘s so happy that we can have a bowl of homemade sauerkraut beef noodles and twice-cooked pork with salted cabbage during the farming season.
四川人的家裡總有各種各樣的罈罈罐罐,
裡面裝的都是各種泡菜腌菜。
把去年秋天種下的青菜和包菜,做成了酸菜和鹽菜。
在農忙的時候能吃上一碗自己做的酸菜牛肉麵和鹽菜回鍋肉,
實在太幸福啦!
