Change tactics, Russia re-deploys massive troops in three southern regions of Ukraine

Russian troops carried out a "massive redeployment" of troops to three southern regions of Ukraine, in what appears to be a change of tactics by Moscow, senior adviser to President Volodymyr Zelensky said Wednesday. "They achieved a small tactical advantage - they took Vuhlehirsk," presidential adviser Oleksiy Arestovych said in an interview posted on YouTube.
