Russian Army Reports Condition of Uglegorsk, Ukrainian Troops Damage Bridge to Spread Mines

Leaving the Uglegorsk and Novolugansk TPP areas, Ukrainian militants tried to damage the bridge to slow the advance of Russian troops into Artyomovsk. The bridge did not collapse, but was hollow and tilted. In a video reported by the Russian Army posted on Telegram on Monday (1/8/2022), Ukrainian militants fled in a hurry, throwing uniforms into trenches and pits, leaving empty boxes of ammunition to US machine guns.
