- 3g (1tsp) Salt
- 40g (4Tbsp) All-purpose flour
- 100g Water
- 40g (4Tbsp) Cornstarch
- 50g Green onion

- If you have leftovers, keep them in the freezer. (Can be refrigerated for 1-2 days)
- Bake the soggy fried potatoes in an oven at 160℃ (320℉) for 7 to 10 minutes, and the oil will drain out and become crispy again.
