North Korea will send 100,000 volunteers to Russia for Ukraine war

North Korea has offered Russia 100,000 volunteers to aid in the war against Ukraine. Ukraine harshly reacted to the offer and condemned the North Korean recognition of the breakaway regions of Donetsk and Luhansk.
