I’m a big fan of switching up my workouts. One day I’ll go hardcore sweaty, the other day I like to train with weights and at least 1x per week I go for a full slow Pilates Day :) 

 

I really love the „slow strength“ style, while feeling more graceful doing some Pilates inspired moves. It's amazing to tone, sculpt and strengthen your body in a more relaxed and less sweaty way.

▸ no squats, jumps or mountain climbers 

▸ muscles trained: Core Strength, Abs, Lower Back, Booty, Inner Thigh & Arms
