Debunking Russia's Claims Over the Chaplino/Chaplyne Train Attack (Not the same train)

Russia has made two claims. 1-that the train was pulling military vehicles too, these are on a separate train. And 2 - that video before the strike shows soldiers on the train. This is a different train.
