NATO has reportedly warned its members about the mobilisation of a Russian nuclear submarine armed with a doomsday device. The submarine, which has “disappeared” from its White Sea base in the Arctic Circle, is suspected to be the K-329 Belgorod.

Videos on social media from the major city, which is located just 25 miles from the Ukraine border, show long queues forming at Belgorod's railway station.
