Ikea may have made them famous all over the world, but köttbullar existed before the furniture store was founded. Swedish meatballs are usually served with a special sauce, mashed potatoes, cucumber salad and lingonberries. We traveled to Gothenburg to learn more about the recipe of Sweden's national dish.
