Palermo | Sicily: A Feast of Culinary and Cultural Delights

In this video we kick off our train trip through Italy with a stay in the Sicilian capital city of Palermo. Join us as we indulge in as much authentic Sicilian food as possible, visiting the Capo, Vucciria and Ballaro markets to taste all of the traditional Sicilian street food from arancina to a spleen sandwich and fritters. In between meals, we take some time to marvel at the city’s stunning architectural beauty and visit the Norman Palace.
