CCTV shows Russia shelling Nikopol with illegal incendiary ammunition

This CCTV footage shows Russian forces shelling the Ukrainian city of Nikopol with incendiary ammunition, potentially a thermite or phosphorus based missile or bomb. Bright fires can be seen raining down on the top right hand side of the footage and bright light can be seen falling from the sky. Shells with thermite layers are prohibited by international humanitarian law.
