Explosions Rock Belgorod, Russia Says "Downed 16 Missiles", Ukraine Offers Bounty On Warlord

Russian authorities reported “damage to 20 homes” and 16 explosions in the border city of Belgorod. Russian officials said their air defences in the Belgorod region had shot down “a minimum” of 16 Ukrainian missiles. Ukraine claims at least 10 civilians were killed and 14 injured due to Russian attacks in the past 24 hours. Ukrainian forces claim to have repelled a Russian sabotage and reconnaissance group in the south.
