Has Ukraine Trapped Russia Over Dnieper River?

As the war keep going. Ukraine using HIMARS to great extent. Looking to the south, Ukraine is attacking all 3 passage point over Dnieper river. So can Russias +25K troops really keep on fighting if heavy equipment cant be brought over the river?
