Russia reportedly launched 8 Kalibr cruise missiles and 5 Kh-22 anti-ship missiles at Kirovohrad Oblast, killing at least 3 people. Russian forces were allegedly targeting the Kanatove airfield and a Ukrainian railway facility. Russian Kalibr cruise missiles also attacked the Black Sea port in Odesa on July 23.
