New recruits in Crimea and St Petersburg depart for Russian military bases as armed forces enlists 300,000 new recruits amid mobilisation. The Russian Ministry of Defence declared this Tuesday that it has not requested nor plans to request other countries the extradition of Russian citizens in the framework of the partial mobilisation decreed on the 21st to deal with military setbacks in Ukraine.
