Little by little Putin removes whole villages and settlements from the Russian map. For him the less people in the village - the better it is for mobilization purposes. Since once all men from the village are mobilized there will be no one left to protest. Consider it to be a forceful urbanization by Putin. Jokes aside, this guy has just mastered the skill of creating enemies.
