The Russians are being hit consistently with their forces on the near brink of collapse on the eve of official annexation. The Ukrainians appear to continue to besiege the city of Lyman, while their forces have now seemed to have paused, and are giving time for reorganization of their forces, and for the siege to end. In other areas of Ukraine fighting appears to have picked up with Russia's tank force having suffered the greatest losses.
