Russia is Planning to Lose More Territory to Ukraine

Russia is no longer contesting the city of Kherson with traditional artillery because they lack the ammunition. They also are preemptively building defense lines far from the current front lines as they are expecting to lose more territory to the Ukrainian military. Republicans have also taken control of the House of Representatives in America and Congress plans to pass a $37 Billion aid package for Ukraine before that change in power takes place on January 3rd.
