Russia is Prepared to Destroy Kherson City

The Russian military has been making its final preparations to abandon the city of Kherson. But that does not mean they are going to let the Ukrainians have it back. They are now floating a narrative to other governments that a 'dirty bomb' might be denoted in the city, while signaling on TV that they are fully prepared to destroy the entire city.
