Putin’s mobilisation drive has plunged deeper into chaos amid a shooting incident and the death of the head of mobilisation in Ukraine. At least 11 volunteer soldiers were killed and 15 wounded after two assailants opened fire at a firing range in Russia. The head of Russia’s mobilisation campaign in Ukraine has been found dead under “suspicious circumstances”.
