The Russian army of the Kyiv formation is again using phosphorus ammunition. Footage of the moment when the Phosphorus bomb exploded was circulating on Telegram on Monday. Russia dropped phosphorus bombs on Ukrainian troop positions. The phosphor bomb, which leaves a distinctive white trail in the sky, is an incendiary weapon whose use against civilians is prohibited under international conventions, but is permitted for military purposes.
