Tu-214R | Are Putin's Forces Using This Russian Spy Aircraft To Stake Out Targets In Ukraine?

The Russian Air and Space Forces [VKS] are using a recently renovated Tu-214R reconnaissance aircraft in Ukraine. Tu-214R is capable of detecting and promptly transmitting to ground command posts the coordinates and type of various military facilities. These include radar stations, command posts, communication centers, and columns of military equipment, per the state-run RIA Novosti news agency.
