However, reports say the Russian forces are continuing their fight in the city of Kupiansk, while bombarding the north-eastern front line. Ukraine reportedly recaptured most of Kupiansk city in Kharkiv from the Russian forces on September 17. But life in Kupiansk has not yet returned to normal due to its close proximity to the front line.
