    Start of the day:

    Coffee with brown sugar and oat milk

     

    Supplements:

    Spirulina

    Chlorella 

    Vitamin C

    Oral spray with vitamin B12 + Iron + vitamin D

    St John's wort

     

    Breakfast (smoothie):

    2 small or 1 big beetroot, cooked

    50 g white beans from a can

    1 ripe banana

    100 g (freezed) blue berries

    75 g raspberries 

    300 ml oat milk

    juice + zest of ½ lemon

    2 dates

    1 ts olive oil

     

    Lunch:

    Avocado

    Cress

    Spicy olive oil

    Nut butter (hazelnuts/almonds)

    Toasted bread 

     

    Dinner:

    Cress

    Arugula 

    Quinoa 

    Sweet potato 

    Bell pepper

    Tomatoes

    Onion

    Garlic

    Ginger

    Herbs

    Beans or lentils 

    Beetroot
