El Diablo - 2 ways to make a tequila classic!
In today's video, I'm going to make the El Diablo two ways! This is a tequila classic created by Trader Vic, and I like presenting it in a fun, interactive way. I've also always used ginger beer. The original recipe, however, called for ginger ale! What's the difference? Does it matter? The ginger beer's cloudy - which helps to showcase my dramatic presentation. The ginger ale, on the other hand, isn't cloudy, but packs a spicy ginger punch. So is one better? Why not find out by trying them both side-by-side? In either case, the result is a refreshing tequila drink that's sure to please. Hope you enjoy! Cheers!
