I really love our new yoga series here on this channel and I was super excited to film the third video of it.♥︎ This yoga inspired leg workout targets your entire leg muscles (inner thighs as well!). Don't worry, these exercises won't grow your thighs - just tone and tighten them. This workout includes stretching movements too, which will help to lengthen your muscles and legs.
