Russia's "Laser-Guided Rocket" Hit On Ukraine Special Forces Or Strike On Abandoned Bridge Pylon?

Russia recently claimed that a Ka-52 Alligator attack helicopter hit a barge full of Ukrainian special operations forces. Russian defence ministry said that Ukrainian forces were attempting to cross the Dnipro River to assault the Zaporizhzhia power plant.
