    Sweet and Sour Pork but better!
    It’s sweet and sour pork belly, but not as you know it! This version of the Chinese cooking classic is slow-cooked until it’s fall-apart tender and soft. Plus we’re serving it with a fresh, crispy and tart pineapple ‘slaw to awaken the senses. A different take on sweet and sour pork… but a totally welcome addition to the scene.
