Restaurant Under in Lindesnes, Norway is the largest underwater restaurant in the world and the first of its kind in Europe. Designed by acclaimed architecture firm Snøhetta, Head chef Nicolai Ellitsgaard has developed a sustainable menu mostly based on local seafood and forest plants. As you arrive, you'll see the impressive structure emerging like a submarine coming out of the water. On the way down to the dining room, there is a window that shows exactly when you go below the water surface.
